General Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a non-invasive, painless diagnostic imaging procedure using ultrasonic waves.
Its waves emitted by a probe applied to the skin penetrate the body and are reflected by the various organs. The same probe captures the reflected waves from which an image is formed and is then interpreted by the radiologist.
